Guided tour | Ollioules, through time

Our guide offers a 2-part tour of Ollioules:
A visit to the Cité de l’Olivier, where you’ll discover a rich, well-preserved heritage, including theRomanesque church of Saint-Laurent, narrow streets and medieval facades with porches and arcades. In the Renaissance quarter, the famous Provencal gypseries will reveal all their secrets.
You’ll then visit the Nougat Jonquier artisanal factory. Learn all about this delicious confectionery and its history, with a nougat-making demonstration and a tasting of the different types of nougat: white, black, hard and soft.
