Meat served grilled in the Mibrasa coal-fired oven, with a table-top grill so you can finish cooking your meat to your liking at the table. Matured and pampered meats selected by our butcher Nonoss, passionate about his craft. Vegetarians welcome. Our Chef's many plant-based creations are sourced, as far as possible, from short and organic circuits, such as the sustainable agriculture "Les Copains" in Porquerolles. Dishes are cooked in front of you in the summer kitchen. One of the Chef's signature dishes is octopus.
Out of season, a snack menu (butcher's burger, croque pesto, tartare au couteau, home fries and green salad) is available to eat in or take away from 11am to 3pm.
