Watercolor Travel Sketchbook at the Musée du Niel

The workshop

During this 3-hour morning session, you ’ll discover the world of watercolor travel sketching in the natural setting of the Port du Niel.
Guided by Marion Selva, you’ll learn to observe your surroundings, compose your sketches, and use color to capture the Mediterranean landscapes around you. The workshop is open to beginners and more experienced artists alike and is held in small groups to encourage interaction and personalized guidance.
Surrounded by the sea, rocks, and Mediterranean vegetation, you’ll gradually create your own travel journal through a friendly approach that combines observation, drawing, and watercolor.
The experience continues with a self-guided tour of the Musée du Niel. There, you can explore the temporary exhibition “Art Is an Abstraction” and further immerse yourself in the world of art through the works on display.
