What to expect

The walk begins at the famous Cours Lafayette market, a landmark of Toulon life. Accompanied by your enthusiastic local guide, you’ll set off to discover Provence’s flagship products.
Along the way, your guide will share anecdotes and Provencal culinary traditions, while suggesting several tasting stops. In particular, you’ll taste cade, a Provencal Mediterranean wine accompanied by tapenade or anchoïade, followed by a dish tasted in the heart of Les Halles: bourride, depending on the season, or aïoli.
The tour concludes with a coffee accompanied by Toulon cookies, served in Place Camille Ledeau, at Cafés Maurice. A sensory and cultural immersion to the rhythm of downtown Toulon.
