Cellier de la Crau

La Crau

Since 1912, our know-how has served the terroir to produce quality wine.

Cellier de la Crau is a Provencal cooperative winery founded in 1912, nestled in the heart of the Toulon region, which passionately produces Côtes de Provence appellation wines with sunny, typically Mediterranean aromas. Backed by a century of know-how handed down from generation to generation, Cellier de la Crau regularly wins awards at the world's leading wine competitions, and just this year (2026), our **"L'Intemporelle "** rosé won a prestigious gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, one of the world's most renowned wine competitions, confirming the excellence and consistency of our wines.

The wines
* The white wine is essentially made from Rolle, the aromatic grape variety of Provence.

* The rosé wine is made from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, typical of the Côtes de Provence appellation.

* Red wines are traditionally vinified in vats. Aging in vats for 4 to 6 months refines and rounds out the fiery character of these wines. These wines are made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, and can be aged for 3 to 5 years.
