As of February 20, 2026, the Tourist Office is not compliant with version 4.1.2 of the Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA).

The conformity audit carried out by Urbilog Compéthance EA reveals that 44% of the RGAA criteria are respected.

Colors 3.1 – Some information is conveyed only by color. 3.2 – Some contrast ratios between text color and background are not sufficient. 3.3 – Some contrast ratios on interface components or graphic elements carrying information are not sufficient.

Multimedia 4.7 – Some time-based media are not identifiable. 4.11 – Some temporal media do not support keyboard or pointing device navigation. 4.13 – Some temporal or non-temporal media are not compatible with assistive technologies.

Tables 5.4 – Some data table titles are not correctly associated with the table. 5.6 – Some column or row headers are not correctly declared. 5.7 – Some data table cells are not associated with their headers using an appropriate technique.

Links 6.1 – Some links are not self-explanatory. 6.2 – Some links do not have a title.

Scripts 7.1 – Some scripted elements are not compatible with assistive technologies. 7.3 – Some scripted elements are not controllable by keyboard or pointing device.

Mandatory elements 8.6 – Some page titles are not relevant. 8.7 – Some language changes are not indicated in the source code. 8.9 – Some tags used for presentation purposes should not be used.

Information structuring 9.1 – Some information is not structured with appropriate headings. 9.3 – Some lists of items are not correctly structured. 9.4 – Some citations are not correctly indicated.

Information presentation 10.1 – Some style sheets to control information presentation are missing. 10.4 – Some content is truncated by increasing font size to 200%. 10.7 – Some elements have no visible focus. 10.8 – Some hidden content for assistive technologies is not ignored. 10.13 – Some additional content that appears when the focus is set or when an interface component is hovered over is not controllable by the user.

Forms 11.1 – Some form fields lack labels. 11.3 – Some labels associated with fields of the same function are not consistent within the same page or set of pages. 11.5 – Some fields of the same nature are not grouped together. 11.10 – Some input controls are not used appropriately. 11.11 – Some suggestions for correcting input errors are missing. 11.13 – Some fields are not automatically filled with user data.

Navigation 12.6 – Some content grouping areas cannot be reached or avoided. 12.7 – Some avoidance or quick access links to the main content area are missing. 12.8 – The tab order is not consistent. 12.11 – Some additional content that appears when hovering, focusing or activating an interface component cannot be reached from the keyboard.

Exemption for disproportionate burden

No element is derogated for disproportionate load.

Content not subject to accessibility requirements

No content is exempt from the accessibility obligation.

Drawing up this declaration of accessibility

This declaration of accessibility was drawn up on February 20, 2026, and is valid for:

until the site is substantially modified or redesigned,

for 3 years after the date of publication of the declaration,

or 18 months after the date of publication of a new version of the reference system, for those applying the technical method.

However, it may be advisable to update the accessibility declaration more regularly, even for the same version of the technical method, in order to highlight the efforts made and update the percentage of criteria met.
