A passionate cook from an early age, and a lover of Asia and travel, Josselin Dubourg revealed his talent on M6 when he was a finalist in the TV show Objectif Top Chef! Since then, in our beach restaurants on the Giens peninsula, Josselin and his team have been serving up Mediterranean cuisine, full of freshness and flavor.
