L’Équerre, the laid-back bistro-style restaurant at L'Eautel Toulon Port, is housed beneath a 19th-century glass roof that has been faithfully restored—a structure attributed to the Eiffel Workshops—which provides a true well of light.
Mirroring the glass roof, a terrazzo floor inspired by the maritime alphabet sits alongside a mahogany wood floor reminiscent of ship decks.
In the kitchen, Mediterranean and local recipes, revisited in a contemporary marine style, can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace at Place de L'Équerre.
