Le Rascasse is currently under renovation. As soon as it reopens in the summer of 2025, you can come and taste the delicious dishes made by the chef of the restaurant, highlighting the gastronomic heritage of the Var region.

The "La Rascasse" restaurant, a Maître Restaurateur of France, offers a cuisine resolutely focused on the sea. Using local produce, the chef highlights the gastronomic heritage of the Var region. Located on the southern tip of the Presqu'île de Giens, La Rascasse opens its bay windows onto the Mediterranean and its islands. Benjamin and Damien Piffet are passionate about the history of this establishment, which was opened in 1951 by their grandfather, and are delighted to help guests discover their region.

The Rascasse is under renovation, as well as the hotel and its second restaurant: La Basserie. Rest assured, the hotel and its restaurants will reopen in the summer of 2025 while retaining all its Provencal charm.
