La CAMBUSE BRETONNE with its Breton chef Frédéric Langlois makes you discover the gastronomy of Armorique in the south: prepared dishes, cold cuts, cooked seaweed, fish rillettes, seafood pies, its 100% buckwheat cakes (gluten-free) declined in all recipes: wheat cake, kouing amann, Kig ar farz and its desserts: Breton far, creams burned with chouchen, sweet pancakes, that good dishes to be tasted without moderation. A shellfish tasting evening on the 3rd Friday of the month.
The grocery store also brings its discoveries: artisanal preserves of fish FURIC, Pâté HENAFF well known of the MATAFS. Freshly cooked seaweed, LA TRINITAINE cookies and caramels, but also farm ciders, traditional beers, Breton chouchen spirits and Breton cola (the West Lighthouse cola).
Lunchtime from Tuesday to Saturday the table is open with a formula at 11.90 € to taste its dishes, think to reserve limited places.
