Wine tourism and gastronomy

The gastronomy-entertainment industry is a very important sector of activity, with strong economic and identity-related stakes. A third of tourists to France cite wine and gastronomy as reasons for choosing their stay.

A gastronomy and wine tourism commission has been set up within the Provence Méditerranée Tourist Office. It brings together some twenty members, institutions and industry professionals.

Our objectives:

– Structuring the gastronomy sector
– Strengthening the wine tourism sector
– Connecting these 2 sectors
