How do I get to Toulon’s cruise terminal?

Toulon’s ferry terminal is located at the end of the harbor, opposite Stade Mayol. It is easily accessible by car, bus and cab. Are you arriving in Toulon by train or plane? Buses and cabs are available from the station and airport.

Arriving by car

– From Marseille, take the A50 motorway to Toulon, then follow “Gare Maritime”
– From Nice, take the A57 motorway to Toulon, then follow “Gare Maritime”
The Mayol underground parking lot is located on the Toulon port level (3-minute walk from the terminal). It’s open 24/7. Expect to pay around €60 per week.

– On foot: Toulon port and ferry terminal are around 15 minutes away.
– By bus: take line 3, direction Le Mourillon (the stop is opposite the station exit). Get off at the “Mayol” stop: the entrance to the ferry terminal is a 2-minute walk away. You can buy your bus ticket directly from the driver (tickets cost €1.40, so bring some change)
– By cab: the cab rank is located right next to the SNCF train station. Count about 10€ for the race. Cabs Toulonnais: +33 494 935 151.

Arriving by plane at Toulon / Hyères international airport

The airport is 25 km from Toulon ferry terminal.

By bus: in front of the terminal, take Mistral line 102 to the Toulon bus station, an extension of the SNCF train station (tickets cost €1.40, so bring change to buy directly from the driver). From the station, you can: walk down to the ferry terminal (about 15 minutes), or take Mistral line 3 towards Le Mourillon (the stop is opposite the station exit) and get off at the “Mayol” stop: the entrance to the ferry terminal is a 2-minute walk away. How do I get to the La Seyne-sur-Mer cruise terminal?

Whether you’re going on a cruise or taking a ferry to one of the many destinations in the harbor, whether you’re arriving by car, train or plane, here you’ll find all the practical information you need to make your life easier. Bon voyage!

Arriving by car

The La Seyne-sur-Mer cruise terminal is located at Corniche Alphonse Giovannini.

– From Marseille, take the A50 to La Seyne-sur-Mer, then follow “Gare Maritime”.
– From Nice, take the A8 then the A57 towards Toulon, then exit 15b at La Seyne-sur-Mer.

Parking close to the La Seyne-sur-Mer terminal
To park your vehicle for the duration of your cruise, several parking lots are available:
. The IPFM parking lot (200 spaces) at 660, cours Toussaint Merle Maire is around 700 meters from the cruise terminal. It is free of charge and supervised by the municipal police. Please note: the entrance to the parking lot is on allée des Forges.
. The parking du marché (ex parking Martini), in downtown La Seyne-sur-Mer, is a closed, paid parking lot. It is located at 5, rue Jean-Baptiste Martini (about 1.8 km from the cruise pier). A reservation request by e-mail must be sent to laseyne.parking@metropoletpm.fr
A cruiser package is available for €100 for 7 days / €200 for 2 weeks / €400 per month. Payment is due on the day of arrival. To do so, please report to the reception parking lot.
From there, you can walk (approx. 20-25 minutes) or take a cab to the cruise terminal. Go to the cab rank (Quai Saturnin Fabre traffic circle, about 200 m from the Martini parking lot). The negotiated fare is around €10 to take you to the loading dock.
For cruise passengers on “head of line” calls (ships departing from La Seyne-sur-Mer), the CNIM cruise parking lot at Place des Mouissèques is a 5-minute walk from the terminal. This is a paid parking lot reserved for passengers on these stopovers, and is closed for the duration of the cruise.

You arrive at the La Seyne-sur-Mer SNCF train station

The La Seyne-sur-Mer train station is far from the center of town, so you can take a cab or bus to the terminal.
By cab: please allow between €15 and €20, depending on traffic. Cabs seynois: 04 94 10 10 20
By bus: take line 82 of the Mistral network, direction Tamaris/Mont des Oiseaux and get off at the “Rouve” stop. The terminal is a 3-minute walk away.

Arriving by plane at Toulon / Hyères international airport

By bus: in front of the terminal, take Mistral line 102 to the Toulon bus station, an extension of the SNCF train station (tickets cost €1.40, so bring change to buy directly from the driver). From the station, go down to the port and take the 8M waterbus to La Seyne-sur-Mer (crossing time: 15 minutes). Get off at the “Espace Marine” stop. From here, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the terminal.
By cab : a regular cab service is available 7/7. The station is located outside, in the Arrivals hall. The daytime fare to the cruise terminal, depending on traffic, is around €80. Cabs hyérois: 04 94 00 60 00

You are in Toulon and want to reach La Seyne-sur-Mer

By bus: in front of the terminal, take Mistral line 102 to the Toulon bus station, an extension of the SNCF train station (tickets cost €1.40, so bring change to buy directly from the driver). From the station, go down to the port and take the 8M waterbus to La Seyne-sur-Mer (crossing time: 15 minutes). Get off at the “Espace Marine” stop. From here, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the terminal.

By bus: from Place de la Liberté, take line 18 to the “Seyne center” stop. Then take line 81, 82 or 83 to the “Turbines” or “Rouve” stop. The terminal is located between these 2 stops, a 3-minute walk away.
By cab: count around €30 for a trip from Toulon SNCF station to La Seyne-sur-Mer ferry terminal. Toulon cabs: 04 94 93 51 51.
