Discover the Pradeau fort, built in the 17th century. Fauna, flora, geology, cultural heritage: its interactive and immersive permanent exhibition reveals the many riches of an exceptional territory, a veritable Mediterranean melting pot.
An emblematic historic monument, Fort du Pradeau has been completely restored and refurbished to become the interpretation center for the Port-Cros National Park.
Open to the public since the end of 2022, the permanent exhibition “Rendre visible l’invisible” (“Making the invisible visible”) offers an immersive experience.
Cabinet of curiosities, exhibition rooms, digital and auditory immersion, store and panoramic lookout point take you on a journey of discovery of the rich, sometimes unsuspected, flora and fauna that make up this territory. These hidden heritages, hidden sites, know-how and human memories are brought to light by the national park: welcome to the world of the Parc National de Port-Cros!
