The village of Le Revest
Just a stone’s throw from Toulon, Le Revest welcomes you to its village square, a friendly emblem of Provence. Imposing plane trees bring shade and coolness to the terraces, and set the tone for your day: here, life is peaceful, time suspended. You’ll explore the cobbled, flower-filled streets of the village, nestled in the heart of the Monts Toulonnais, all the way to the highest point of the rocky outcrop: the medieval tower.

Taking the high road
Once you’ve reached the watchtower, you’ll understand the strategic location of this observation point: the 360° panorama of the surrounding hills, sea, dam and lake transports you to the end of the world, with a feeling of invincibility. After taking in the scenery from above, you retrace your steps and continue your journey towards the lake at the foot of the village.

A walk around the lake
The lake remains the gem of Le Revest: its emerald-hued waters blend like a painting with the deep green of the surrounding rolling hills. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing stroll, with the calm of the surrounding countryside accompanying the fishermen discreetly posted on the shore.
Back in the heart of the village, head for Le Revest’s neighbor, La Valette-du-Var, by car or Mistral bus 55.
