Renovated in 2024, the Parc de la Méditerranée blends garden, nature and art. Running right through the heart of the Cap Sicié massif, line 81 of the Mistral network takes you to one of the jewels of the region, Notre Dame du Mai. It’s not so much the chapel, which is only open at certain times of the year, but the splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea that makes it worth the detour. It’s true that the last kilometer from the bus terminus is a long climb, but once you reach the top, you can’t help but marvel at the 360° view. From the calanques of Cassis to the islands of Hyères, via Les Embiez and the Toulon roadstead, you won’t remain indifferent. An unmissable part of your stay in Provence-Mediterranean.
