Workshop – Painting downtown Hyères

Introduce yourself to open-airwatercolor painting in the heart of Hyères’ medieval town center. This workshop invites you to sketch and paint old houses, alleyways and emblematic viewpoints. It’s a creative experience accessible to all, and a great way to discover the town from a different angle, notebook in hand.

The workshop begins with a meeting in front of the Porte Massillon. After an introduction to the workshop, the group sets off to explore the medieval city center and paint various emblematic places in watercolor.

Each painting stage lasts around 20 to 30 minutes, interspersed with short walks of around 5 minutes.

The course includes :

• A first stop on Place Massillon,
• A second at the Saint-Paul collegiate church,
• Then a final one in the Saint-Clair garden.

The workshop takes place outdoors in a friendly atmosphere, with guidance adapted to both beginners and more experienced participants.

• Stroll through the pedestrian streets and meet the artisans on the Arts Trail.
• Discover the old communal washhouse
• End your stroll with a coffee or a drink on a terrace in Place Massillon.
