Patrimômes: My stained glass window in paper – Hyères

The workshop begins with an introduction to stained glass and its role in the Middle Ages. Children learn what stained glass is, and discover the materials and tools used by master stained glass artists, such as colored glass plates, lead and diamond points.
Then it’s time to get hands-on: using colored paper, each participant creates his or her own stained glass window, inspired by traditional techniques. An experience that combines learning and creativity.
