Patrimômes – Colors and light at Castel Sainte-Claire

From the terrace of Castel Sainte-Claire, children observe a panorama of city, plain, hills and sea. They discover the shapes and colors of the landscape before creating their own composition using plants. A sensory activity combining observation and creation.

The proposed experience:
The workshop begins in Parc Sainte-Claire, with an ascent to the Castel terrace. Children take time to observe the landscape stretching out before them: the city, the plain, the hills and the sea make up a panorama rich in shapes and colors.
After this time of observation, they move on to creation. Using plants found on site, they create their own landscapes. It’s an activity that encourages a new way of looking at things and expressing creativity through nature.
