Villa T3 - 6 people

Just 100 m from the beach and less than 5 minutes' walk from all the shops and amenities you'll need for your stay (bakery, grocery store, ice-cream parlors, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, Provencal market on Wednesday mornings, bus stop 100 m away...), our 73m² villa with 12m² terrace is set in 250m² of enclosed grounds in a lively, bustling neighborhood. During the summer months, you'll be able to take advantage of the various events on offer (evening craft markets, balls, fireworks, pétanque competitions, etc.).
For your comfort, the villa comprises two bedrooms, each with a 140x200 bed, a sleeping area with a 140x190 BZ sofa separated from the living room by two screens, a lounge (TV-DVD), a fully-equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, etc.), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On request, we can provide a cot, high chair and 80x190 cot for children.

The villa's garden features a wooden lounge with table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The terrace has a wrought-iron table and 6 chairs.
A barbecue and ping-pong table are also available.
The garage, where the washing machine is located, can also accommodate your bikes or motorcycles.
Free parking. You can park your car and any trailer directly in the courtyard, in addition to the parking spaces available outside in front of the house. Access to the beach on foot and easy parking are major advantages in our region.
A wide range of water sports and activities are available on site (diving, sailing, jet ski base, cycling and rollerblading paths, etc.).
We welcome you personally to hand over the keys to the house, and are at your disposal if needed for the duration of your stay.
While you're here, you can decide to visit the region (St Tropez, Toulon harbor, Le Castellet, Porquerolles, Port-Cros, etc.) or enjoy a "car-free" week, as the proximity of the beach and shops will allow you to do so. If required, we can arrange to pick you up from Toulon/Hyères train station or airport.
Rates are per week for up to 6 people, including children.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Your pet will be welcome as long as the premises are respected.
