Villa Perle de Giens" is located in the heart of La Madrague, on the way to Pointe de l'Ermitage.
Built in 2024 to the inspiration of its owners, the villa blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings. It offers all modern comforts while respecting a Provencal spirit, with natural hues that evoke the atmosphere of the peninsula. The garden, planted with century-old olive trees and other Mediterranean and Provencal species, perfumes the surroundings with the scents of thyme, rosemary and lavender. There's also an orchard with lemon, orange and fig trees, dotted with prickly pears.
Imbued with tranquility and authenticity, the villa, with panoramic sea views from several points, invites reverie and is central to the experience. The view of the tombolo and Carqueiranne is enchanting, day and night.
Its exceptional location, just 180 meters from the sea, offers the perfect balance between serenity and water sports activities. An area has also been set aside for swimmers. The kitesurf and windsurf club is just 100 meters away. The Almanarre beach, renowned for its constant winds, has a dedicated area for windsurfers.
By bike, you can explore the Tour de la presqu'île (20 km), the Route du Sel (4 km), or discover the town of Hyères and its charming Provencal streets, as well as other nearby villages. The village is just 3 minutes away by car. Every Tuesday, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., from April 1 to September 30, don't miss the charming Giens market.

The peninsula is easily accessible by road from Hyères. It's also the departure point for shuttle buses to the island of Porquerolles.
