Villa l'Amourtin

The 170m² house is located on Mont des Oiseaux in a preserved environment, on a 2000m² wooded lot.
It is ideally located a 20-minute walk (10-minute drive) from Almanarre Beach (water sports), 10 minutes from the train station and shops, and 15 minutes from the Giens Peninsula (Porquerolles Island).

You can cool off in the 5x11m salt-water pool, have lunch in the shade of the awnings, take a nap under the pine trees, or enjoy a drink at sunset with a sea view.
The house was modernized in 2021 and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, and Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace.

A bedroom/TV room with a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed and a bathroom. Mattresses are available on the mezzanine (not included in the sleeping arrangements) which can be used for children.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with access to the upper terrace with a magnificent sea view.
One bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed, a study room with a trundle bed (sleeps two 90 cm), and a bathroom.

A total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three toilets. Ideal for six adults with four teenagers/children.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the cellar, and an additional American-style fridge is located in the garage.

Two electric bicycles are available for a deposit.

The 11x5m salt-water swimming pool was completely renovated in 2022. It is secured by an alarm, but is NOT fenced and therefore not recommended for young children.

Access to the house is via stairs. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
