A master bedroom on the first floor with bathroom and toilet. This bright room with direct access to the outside, ideal for enjoying the sunrise, benefits from a large bay window offering a beautiful view of the garden, a calm and soothing atmosphere. A comfortable bed, high ceilings and an opening onto the terrace make for a gentle awakening.

The main room features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with coffee maker and plancha, leading to the dining room, perfect for convivial meals.

The bright, high-ceilinged living area is open to the outdoors thanks to large bay windows offering a direct view of the pool and garden. A comfortable space with sofa, recliners, coffee table and TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. A warm, modern atmosphere, very pleasant to live in, with direct access to the terrace.
