You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and beaches nearby.
Everything can be done on foot or by bus.
Recently renovated, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
To access the apartment, you'll need to climb a few stairs:
A west-facing main room that converts into a bedroom in the evening, with a 140cm sofa bed (new mattress).

The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, etc.

Further information about the Studio:
- the studio is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance via a gate.
- The garden is independent as the owners will be on the other side of the house. They have their own entrance.
- parking for your vehicle (not private) can be on the public spaces on avenue de la mer or parking de la piscine or on avenue de bucarin, but you can leave your belongings in front of the villa. No vehicles are allowed in front of the villa.
