Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room with TV, which in turn opens onto a lovely sunny terrace, protected by a pergola. Laundry room and guest toilet.
On the first floor: large double bedroom with double bed (140*200), 1 bedroom with pull-out beds with the possibility of putting the mattresses at the same level (2 x 90), 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (BZ). Each room has a fan. Large bathroom with shower.
Deposit of 500€.
Booking fee: 48 € and tourist tax not included
Rental of sheets / towels (18 € per person) and cleaning at the end of the stay (95 € ttc) mandatory. Cleaning carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.
