Relax at the Angélus while sipping our orange wine. Everything is accessible 10 minutes from the city center but you will be tempted to relax as there are so many things to see from the Spa to the harbor.
With its breathtaking view of sunrises and sunsets, reading enthusiasts (History, Jazz, Ecology, Human Sciences), fans of walking, pétanque or days at the sea will be in paradise. “In-house caterer” concierge service on request. Welcome to our house !
Housing
The house consists of a large and bright double living room with two large sofas, a video projector that can be connected to a computer (not provided), a collection of more than 300 jazz albums, a library of works for young and old on current themes (ecology, psychology, arts and sciences), a balcony overlooking the city and WC at the entrance.

The "Picasso" kitchen adjoining the living room is fully equipped with oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. It opens onto a large terrace which is divided into three parts: the dining area under the large parasol around a table of 6 which can accommodate up to 8 people with extensions, a solarium with its deckchairs and, to the north, a space in the natural shade of trees for cooperative games (provided) in the afternoon.

On the floor below, the sleeping area is distanced from the living space via a landing where a study piano sits. A wide staircase leads to 3 large bedrooms (from 11 to 14m2) with 2 160 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed with private terrace, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 second bathroom equipped with 'a shower with a tray and WC.

A fitness area is also at your disposal. Whether you want to keep fit or relax, I have provided you with the following equipment: an elliptical bike, weights and resistance bands, floor mats and two Pilates balls. After the effort, comfort in the Spa provided for this purpose. And if you are a runner, don’t hesitate to ask me for advice. I will offer you jogging routes starting from the house.

WiFi (very high speed fiber) is available throughout the house. Solar panels on the lean-to help us control our electricity consumption. A Japanese composter (without earthworms) helps reduce our waste.
Traveler access
The parking provided for several cars in the cul-de-sac of the property is wide enough to turn around.
To reach the city center: 30' on foot, 20' by bus, 10' by car.
To reach the forest: 30' on foot.
To reach the summit of Mont Faron: 60' on foot, 40' by car or... cable car!
Other remarks
Ten years ago, Marc my husband and I fell in love at first sight with this astonishing old architect's house: contemporary from the 50s and a country house in the city. Following Marc's death, I took on this project that is very close to my heart: welcoming you in a simple and authentic way to allow you to create vacation memories that are both simple and unforgettable during the summer. . To do this, I began work with the installation of reversible heat pumps in each room and the investment in a Spa (designed and manufactured in France). Possibility of having breakfasts, brunches, aperitif dinners or Provençal specialty dishes on the garden table.

This house is non-smoking as well as the exteriors (risk of fire). It is possible to smoke on the terrace using a suitable ashtray.

Finally, during the year, this house of happiness once again becomes my home with my daughters, students and friends.
