Welcome on the site of the Office of Tourism in our furnished holiday rental, seasonal rental of your next holiday at the seaside, in the south of France in Hyères les Palmiers (Var): flat T2 of 47 m2 and large balcony, classified 3 stars in 2022, located in the residential area of the marina of Hyères in a residence of very good standing "Zodiaque II", quiet, away from major traffic roads (Bat. D), with a large swimming pool of about 20m long shared by the residents, at 120 rue de l'Hippodrome. At 5mn from all amenities.

Description of the flat : The interior of the flat is modern, bright with touches of cheerful colours in the Swedish style. Facing East and South East, it does not need air-conditioning in summer: 2 silent fans are enough: living room with leather sofa and very comfortable bed 90 used also as an additional bench, with dining area; bedroom with bed 140 with new mattress and on mattress, many storage spaces; next to it and independent WC. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils and appliances to make your life easier, especially the washing machine, microwave and mini oven. The loggia of 7m2 is large enough to have your meals and relax. Street parking or free parking very close by. Heating with electric radiators programmed to work in the off season.
No smoking, no pets allowed. Possibility to come by prior arrangement with 1 child big enough to sleep in a 90cm bed as the accommodation is not suitable for a small child (except for infants as there is a baby cot).

Times: check-in: between 1pm and 4pm if possible; check-out no earlier than 11.30am: always in the presence of the owner for inventory of fixtures, receipt of keys and return of security deposit if OK.

Rates: from €350 to €500 depending on the season + tourist tax of €1.86/day/adult + security deposit of €250 refundable on departure if the inventory of fixtures is OK.

Environment : You will appreciate the warm welcome of the hostess who is ready to provide you with all the tourist and practical information and you will benefit from a location close to the sea to recharge your batteries for a week or more... Located at the port itself but away from all the commercial activities of the port (150m), you will appreciate the cycle track, the 5km coastal walk, a large beach 100m away; but also the proximity to the wonders of the Hyères region which you can discover either by car or by bus thanks to the stops nearby: the coastal path of the Giens peninsula, the boats for the golden islands (Port Cros, Porquerolles, Du levant), the heritage centre of Hyères and Toulon, the pretty villages of the hinterland, such as Collobrières and its marrons glacés, the abbey of Thoronet and its wonderful acoustics.
