The 52m² loft-style apartment is separated by thermally and soundproofed partitions.
Every comfort is provided for guaranteed relaxation.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor with a terrace where you can enjoy your meals and then relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the solar shower.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with all the necessary amenities: electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and vacuum cleaner.
One bedroom is available with a double bed and a TV, and a second bedroom with a desk, a single bed, and a piano (reserved for pianists only!)
The living room is air-conditioned and features a comfortable sofa bed with a 140cm bed.
TV, Wi-Fi, and a shower room with toilet.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Basic products are available, such as:
Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, a few tea bags and coffee pods, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry detergent, soap, shower gel, iron, hair dryer, etc.
The building is quiet and just 150 meters from the beach, just down the street.
NB: This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those allergic to cats.
