Our large studio has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to every detail, creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The carefully chosen decor blends modernity with charming touches, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

- **Living Room**: Spacious and bathed in light, it is equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa, promising restful nights. It opens onto a soothing view of a green space, a haven of peace away from urban bustle. For your relaxation, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a coffee table are available, creating a friendly space for your evenings.

- **Kitchen**: Open and modern, it has everything you need to prepare meals as if you were at home: an oven, induction hobs, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso Vertuo machine, accompanied by a kettle and a toaster for complete breakfasts. A washing machine is also available for your convenience during longer stays.

- **Bathroom**: Newly renovated, it features a large shower, offering a true moment of relaxation after a day of exploration. A sink with a mirror and a storage unit complete this space, along with the toilet.

### House Rules

- Please keep the premises in perfect condition.
- Non-smoking accommodation, vaping prohibited.
- No parties or excessive noise allowed.
- Check-in is possible from 5 PM.
- Check-out is mandatory before 10 AM.

If you want to surprise your partner, you can order a bottle of champagne/wine or other with a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, etc. We are in the know and available to help you organize a surprise.

We ask guests to bring their own sheets and towels.

Once your reservation is confirmed by our team, you will receive access instructions 24 hours before your arrival through the "Access to the accommodation" section of your Airbnb reservation, allowing you to access the accommodation. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, the same for your departure.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our team discovers any trace or residue (smell, burns, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a minimum deposit of 600 €.
