--- Ground floor: A beautiful bright living room in colonial style with a very well equipped kitchen with all comforts (TV, Internet, Bluetooth HiFi...) + a large bedroom (bed 160 cm) with access to the terrace and private bathroom (bath + shower) + laundry room (washing machine, dryer) + separate WC.
--- Upper floor: 2 comfortable bedrooms (each with TV and bed 140 cm) + bathroom with shower and WC.
--- Outdoor area: sun lounger, high quality plancha, rowing machine (Concept2), biking bike...
