La Pointe Sud - Villa T3 - sleeps 6

Our house is situated near La Tour Fondue, at the end of the peninsula of Giens.
Every room is facing the south and has a view of the sea and Porquerolles Island.
Spacious and carefully furnished, the house offers high quality services (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, Wifi, etc.)
We have 1 parking space in a common enclosed parking lot, 50m from the house. In summer we also provide a parking space in a common open parking lot, 100m from the house.
We rent for minimum 4 nights.
The entire house is for 12 people, but it can be separeted. We can rent the 2 upper levels (named sky lodge) or the 3 levels (sky lodge + sea lodge). If you rent the sky lodge, there aren’t other renters in the sea lodge (only possibly family but rarely).
Price for the entire house (12 people) : 1700 to 3900/week
Price for the upper levels (6 people) : 1300 to 2800/week
Sky lodge : is for 4 to 6 people. It has 2 levels :
First level :
Living room and open kitchen ; there are 2 large french windows giving access to the balcony. The living room is enough for 12 people, and the table too. The kitchen is completely equiped (micro-wave oven, traditionnal oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, kitchen ustensils, etc.). You can have a small table on the balcony, for 2 people, or a deck chair.
Second level :
Bedroom 1 with queen size bed, an independant toilet and a shower room with washbasin.
Bedroom 2 with 4 simple beds. Two of them can be moved together for a couple. The other are mobile beds. This bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, washbasin, toilet.
Those 2 bedrooms have access to the terrasse and solarium
The terrasse is 50 square meter, facing the south and with a panoramic view of the sea and Porquerolles Island.
The solarium is in continuity with the terrasse, a little higher.
There isn’t another house that overlooks the terrasse and the solarium. You’ll have sunbeds, matresses, cushions, parasol.
Everything on the terrasse and the house is safe for children.
Sea lodge : is for 4 to 6 people
Large bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom, washbasin, and toilet ;
Small bedroom with bunkbeds, shower, washbasin and toilet ;
Living room with a couch that converts into a double bed ;
A kitchen fully equiped.
The living room has a french window that opens out onto the terrasse (10 square meter). A small couch just before the terrasse allows you to relax and admire the sea.
The living room has a table for 4 to 6 people, 2 easy chairs next to a fire place.
Sea lodge is illuminated by portholes like in a real boat : 3 for the living room, 2 for the large bedroom and 1 for its bathroom. The small room with bunkbeds is open to the living room (blind).
