The comfortable 26m2 T1 apartment is on the garden level, in a quiet location. It has a shaded terrace overlooking the vegetation, making it pleasant all day long, and 1 private parking space inside the residence. Free off-site parking is also available.
The main room is spacious, bright and comfortably furnished with a large bay window opening onto the terrace, including: a comfortable bed, thick mattress 140x200 with sheets provided, 1 round table and 2 designer armchairs, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speaker and outside 1 extendable table 2/4 people + 2x2 chairs, a cocktail bar area and plancha, a rest area with 2 recliners with footrest.
New, fully-equipped kitchen separate from the main room: induction hob, fridge-freezer, combined convection oven and microwave, dishwasher, "Senseo" coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, plancha, cooking utensils, crockery, etc.
