L'Instant is neither a hotel nor a simple lodging but rather a small mansion combining all the charm and the atmosphere of a traditional captoise house, closer to a fisherman's cabin than traditional holiday house.
The story tells that this little colonial-style house was built by a former professor who, on his return from Madagascar, wanted to find an overseas ambience.
The house also called "Chante perdrix" that litterally means "Sing partridge" is located in the pine forest of La Capte, on the peninsula of Giens, between Hyères port and Giens, just 5 minutes from Toulon airport.
