This studio cabin is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It offers a loggia, a living room with sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bunk bed for two, a kitchen opening onto the living room and a shower room with toilet.

Please note The high bed is not suitable for children under 6.
Equipment includes electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plancha and TV.
Parking spaces are available in front of the residence.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant on the day of departure.

At the bottom of the residence, you'll find numerous shops (mini-market, bakery, butcher's and delicatessen, hairdresser, post office and cash dispenser...) and public transport: bus and shuttle to Toulon, Hyères...

The Sablettes beach and its many summer attractions are a 5-minute drive away.
Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer is a charming Provencal fishing village that has retained its authenticity.
Water sports enthusiasts? You can go windsurfing, parasailing, towed buoys, paddle boarding or discover the sea bed...
