The studio is located in the quiet part of the residence facing the pine forest. A few steps away, the swimming pool and its tennis court (for a fee). Several car parks are located around and inside the building.
At 300 m, the first beach and a 5 km long coastal path between Sanary and the Gaou peninsula, opposite Embiez (pier 1 km away).
To discover sandy beaches and coves (ideal for children).
600 m away, small shops on the port of Coudoulière. Intermarché at 2 km.
A quarter of an hour's walk: The accrobranche, the Cap Nègre children's park and two beautiful lakes.
The area is suitable for joggers (waterfront, pine forests, parks and around lakes).
For seniors and young couples, the summer months will be an opportunity to visit the surroundings (military port of Toulon at 20 minutes, blackcurrant creeks at 1h, gorges du Verdon at 2h and Gulf of St Tropez at 1h30).

The living room has a kitchenette. Microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood...
A new sofa bed with good bedding will be at your disposal.
At the entrance, sleeping area with a 80 cm bed and good bedding.
The closed loggia has a Bz for one person.
Bathroom linen and sheets are not provided.
This studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
