Bedding: In one bedroom: 160 cm bed and in the second, 160 cm bed (+ additional 140 cm mattress). Sofa bed in living room 160 X 200.
Balcony (table seating 6/8).
Bicycle garage. Free parking in residence.
On the seafront (200 m), located in the Domaine de la Coudoulière, a 36-hectare wooded park with Olympic-size swimming pool, children's pool and play area, waterslide, spa, 4 tennis courts, miniature golf course, numerous petanque courts, children's playground.
Paid access to leisure activities: Nautical center: €4 / day / person (children aged 6 to 12 half price). Tennis: €4 per lesson / hour.
Beach accessible by footpath. All shops: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor at the estate exit (200 m),
Water sports: windsurfing, scuba diving, jet skiing, accrobranche and skate park 200 m away.
Outside school vacations, arrivals and departures can take place any day of the week.
