Welcome to Palais Simon.
Our apartment is on the 4th floor of the building located at 4 place Louis Pasteur in Toulon.
It is served by a very small elevator. Access to the building is secured by badge and intercom. Our apartment door has a secure cylinder and is armored.
Once inside, you'll appreciate the complete renovation in 2019 that offers all the amenities you might need during your stay.
A first linden-colored bedroom, with powerful table fan, double bed width 160, dressing room, TV, desk.
A second ochre-colored bedroom with private balcony, featuring a small table and two chairs. It can be configured in three versions: living room, double bed (180x200) or two single beds at your convenience. A bookcase, desk and built-in storage complete the furnishings.
The bathroom features an xxl shower, vanity unit with drawers and storage mirror, and top-loading washing machine.
The WC with washbasin is separate and accessible from the hallway.
Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven (no microwave), induction hob, sink, cooking utensils and crockery. The Indian granite worktop adds a decorative touch.
The living/dining area is laid out around an oak table with a bench and two chairs. It opens onto the interior balcony, with its bench seat and folding table to enjoy the sun or shade, depending on the time of day.
The entrance hall offers plenty of storage space, with coat hooks and a cupboard for shoes or bags.

The beaches are a 15-minute walk away or accessible by bus. Free parking is available at the bottom of the building. During the summer months, it should be noted that demand is high. It is sometimes necessary to park a few streets away.

Bed linen, towels (hand, body) and tea towels are provided. A small welcome pack including toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, hand soap and washing-up liquid will enable you to start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive.

We ask for a cleaning fee of 50 euros in addition to your cooperation in taking down the rubbish and cleaning and putting away all the dishes before you leave.
