First floor of an independent villa (semi-detached with the owners located upstairs), in a quiet corner of a subdivision with large garden and fenced pool 4x9m (filtration system without chlorine Bio UV, pool heated by heat pump if needed in June and September, regular slope of 80cm to 1.80m), south facing, view on the hill and the forest.
Classified as a 3* tourist accommodation.
Living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, adult bedroom and small bedroom under the slope (ideal for young children). Terrace and barbecue sheltered for the hot and sunny days.
Swimming pool, petanque, ping-pong, darts, table soccer: enough to keep you busy away from the world! Or lounge chairs in the shade of the fifty-year-old apricot tree or the large walnut tree for quiet reading or 'farniente'. Board games are also available. Fireplace "pleasure" for the winter.
Our region is beautiful all year round with its countless hiking trails and coastal paths less frequented in the off-season!
