Admire the azure sea during the final kilometer that takes you to Résidence Le Régence Park — a little corner of paradise just 250 meters from the port and the pebble beach of Les Oursinières, and 300 meters from the famous southern coves (accessible by stairs).

Set in a protected green haven and isolated from noise, this intimate residence is designed to preserve its peaceful character. Its apartments are built around a large landscaped garden with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from April to September.

Your accommodation is located on the first floor. It’s a beautiful, colorful duplex filled with the scents of travel, Provence, and summer holidays. It includes a bedroom and a living area (with an incredible view over the vineyards), a lounge corner with a sofa bed (equipped with a real mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The entire space opens onto a large, covered southeast-facing terrace (perfect for heatwaves), ideal for relaxed moments with family or friends around a barbecue (available on site) or a lovely meal.

The apartment is perfect for a small family looking for peace and relaxation. The pool is just a few meters from the appartment, and you have your own designated parking space. There's also a "pétanque" court available on the premises — perfect for an afternoon game with the sound of cicadas and a glass of pastis in hand. The beaches are within walking distance, and nearby you'll find all necessary shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, sailing club, ice cream shop, restaurant/bar-tabac), ensuring total peace of mind.

Between Provence and the Mediterranean, near Hyères and the Golden Islands, Le Pradet is a small seaside village in the Var that has preserved its soul. It offers a uniquely authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
