Ideally located with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, the Cap Soleil residence resembles a small Provencal village, with its flower gardens and Mediterranean essences (secure residence).
It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries, but also for sports enthusiasts: the residence boasts two shared swimming pools, three tennis courts, two ping-pong tables, children's play equipment (slide, swing), a pétanque court and direct access to the cove for swimming or scuba diving.
For walkers, there's another direct access to the coastal path; access on foot to the beaches of Saint-Asile and Les Sablettes; water sports activities with a diving club 7 minutes away; direct shuttle departures for Porquerolles or Toulon from the port of St Mandrier.
Shops close to the residence (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen): Provencal markets in Toulon, Sanary and St Mandrier.

One children's bedroom, 3 bunk beds 1.00 x 2.00 m, one master bedroom on mezzanine, bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, plus leather sofa bed in living room 1.40 x 1.90 m.

Comfort: air-conditioned apartment, wifi, TV. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, cot and highchair if required...). Separate shower room and WC. Closed garage available.

Access to tennis courts and swimming pools (one open from April to October and the second open from July to September 1).
