Guided tours for groups
The Arrosants canal
Ollioules
Our guide invites you to discover how the waters of the Reppe were domesticated by man from the Middle Ages onwards, thanks to the construction of canals known as Béal, which include the “Canal des Moulins”, the “Canal des Fontaines” and the “Canal des Jardins”.
Over the centuries, the people of Ollioules have ingeniously and stubbornly shared these waters.
On this tour, you’ll also learn how Ollioules became the flower capital of France from 1850 to 1990. You’ll visit the Palisson mill, a genuine 16th-century flour mill currently being restored, where you’ll learn about the miller’s trade and the traditional tools used to grow wheat.
