Our ambition is to re-create your favorite pastries in lighter, more easily digestible versions. You won't find lactose, gluten or refined sugar in our recipes. We use natural sugars (beet, coconut, birch), soya milk, and mix gluten-free alternative flours (rice, corn, chestnut).
Finally, we offer everyone - intolerant, allergic, celiac, diabetic, vegetarian & vegan - the pleasure of sharing pastries full of flavor and good for the body!
