JEMVAR Young sailors of the Var

Traditional sailing.
The JEMVAR association is a member of the Fédération Voile-Aviron. Traditional sailing and rowing on two heritage boats, a bantry (a wooden boat maneuvered either by oar or sail, a modern replica of an 18th-century craft), and a muscadet (coastal cruising sailboat). We offer three types of activity:
Sailing: twice a month in Toulon harbor, participation in local, regional and national sailing events.
Boat maintenance, careening, marine carpentry.
Training in traditional navigation, chart reading, seamanship, knots, ecology, citizenship.
Activities open to everyone aged 13 and over.
