Chemin Sainte-Agathe - Porquerolles - 83400 Hyères
Halfway between the village of Porquerolles and Villa Carmignac, Fort Sainte-Agathe, built in the 16th century under François I, offers a 360° view of the island. An artist committed to the environmental cause, Julian Charrière takes over the dome of Fort Sainte-Agathe with "Géologies du rêve". Inspired by the story of Agathe de Catane, after whom the fort is named and who is invoked to protect us from earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and fires, Julian Charrière invites us to take a meditative plunge into the bowels of the Earth.
