The Provencal and fairground market in Ollioules

On Thursday and Saturday mornings, the Place Jean Jaurès is entirely dedicated to the fairground market. Producers and retailers share the space and, with the summer season upon us, tourists are welcomed with pleasure to discover producers delighted to sell their wares, with a hint of the accent that makes you want to cook with olive oil and a little garlic.
