The experience
This adventure begins by immersing yourself in the mine galleries dug by the miners. Equipped with a helmet and headlamp, you progress in a raw environment, where darkness is an integral part of the experience.
Along the way, you'll discover various passages, some of them narrow or low-lying, which reinforce the authentic character of the visit. This exploration gradually takes you to the heart of the mine, where you connect with the Mine Museum.
The tour then continues freely in the museum, allowing you to complete the experience with a cultural discovery of the site.

- Duration: approx. 2h30 (including approx. 2h underground) - Please arrive 15 to 30min beforehand
- Equipment provided: helmet and headlamp
- What to bring: closed shoes, warm clothing (10 to 12°C in the mine), dirt-resistant clothing.
- Entry requirements: 12 years and over, good physical condition required
- Not recommended: pregnant women, claustrophobic people
- Accessibility: not accessible to PRM, strollers and baby carriers
