A glass of sparkling wine and the chef’s amuse-bouche
Starter:
Lorraine tartlet with leeks and smoked meats, green salad, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Beef chuck braised in red wine, chocolate-reduced sauce, and herb-infused potato mousseline.
Dessert:
Milk chocolate finger, praline crisp, salted butter caramel, and hazelnut slivers.
Beverages:
