Detailed program
On this guided tour, you'll discover the history of Les Embiez through the ages. You'll learn about the exploitation of the salt marshes by the monks of Saint-Victor, and the defensive role of the Château de Sainte-Cécile and the Saint-Pierre battery.
The tour also looks at the island's more recent history, shaped and designed by Paul Ricard, who gave it its current appearance.
Along the way, take in the exceptional scenery of this island site and observe the botanical wealth that makes this small territory so unique.
