Tricycle adapted for PRM
As part of its policy of accessibility for all, the Parc national de Port-Cros offers you a platform bike adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) to discover the island of Porquerolles.

National Parks are protected natural areas open to all, free of charge. Access to their territories, the wonder and sensations of being out in the wilderness, and the awakening to the knowledge of natural environments, which contributes to raising awareness of their preservation, must be offered to as many of us as possible.
This tricycle, loaned free of charge, enables families with wheelchair users to discover the island of Porquerolles by bike. The bike is equipped with electric assistance to make pedaling easier, and its battery has a range of 25 to 60 km (depending on conditions of use). The bike's tilting platform allows the wheelchair to be mounted directly on the bike.
The bike can accommodate almost any type and size of wheelchair, including electric wheelchairs. The maximum payload on the platform is 150 kg.
Conditions of use:
- The driver must be over 18 and in good physical condition;
- The driver must be autonomous and mobile, and not suffer from any severe visual or other handicap that could affect driving the tricycle;
- the driver acknowledges having an insurance policy covering any damage that may result from this activity;
- deposit of a deposit cheque.
We recommend that you reserve your bike in advance. Bicycles are available at the Parc National headquarters in Porquerolles.
