The Genius of Navigation
Toulon
This bronze statue, better known to Toulon residents as "Cuverville", points its left index finger towards the sea. The work of sculptor Louis-Joseph Daumas, it was inaugurated on May 1, 1847 in honor of King Louis-Phlippe.
