The forts circuit

1. From the Maison de Parc, go down the stairs and turn left after the post office, towards Fort du Moulin. 2. Go around the fort. Opposite the drawbridge, take the path leading to Plage de la Palud.3. You can choose between the "Plage de la Palud par le sentier des plantes" option or stay on the main path.4. At Plage de la Palud, cross the beach and climb the stairs at the end. Continue on the path.5. After about a kilometer, continue on the path which bends slightly to the left, towards "Port Man par la Galère". Continue as far as the Pointe de la Galère, then follow the Port Man bay.6. Follow signs for "Plage de Port Man". Cross the beach, join the road and turn left towards the Port Man fort.7. Go to Port Man Fort and retrace your steps. At the sign, continue straight ahead on the road for about three kilometers, towards La Sardinière / le village.8. At La Sardinière, take the narrow path to the right, towards Fortin de la Vigie.9. At Fortin de la Vigie, go back down the route des forts to the village, passing through Fort de l'Eminence and Fort de l'Estissac.
