The experience
The Musée du Niel offers an evening of artistic discovery and wine tasting in the setting of the Port du Niel.

The visit begins with a moment in the museum garden, followed by a guided tour of the "L'ABSTRACTION EST UNE COULEUR" exhibition. You'll explore the painting of the second half of the 20th century through different artistic approaches, between abstraction, color and light.

The works presented allow you to explore the worlds of the 26 artists featured: Karel Appel - Martin Barré - James Bishop - Chu Teh-Chun - Jean Degottex - Jean Dewasne - Sam Francis - Simon Hantaï - Hans Hartung - Shirley Jaffe - André Lanskoy - Marcelle Loubchansky - Georges Mathieu - Jean Miotte - Lutka Pink - Serge Poliakoff - Judit Reigl - Jean-Paul Riopelle - Gérard Schneider - Kimber Smith - Nicolas de Staël - Pierre Tal Coat - Mark Tobey - Victor Vasarely - Fabienne Verdier - Maria Helena Vieira da Silva.

At the end of the tour, enjoy a moment of relaxation on the seafront terrace. A selection of AOC Provence wines is offered, accompanied by seasonal bites prepared by the chef. This experience extends the discovery in a convivial atmosphere.

The Niel Museum
Located on the charming port of Niel, at the tip of the Giens peninsula, the museum offers a unique stopover between art, sea and nature.
